Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and lead the promotion and sales efforts for our resort. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in hospitality or resort sales, who understands how to build strong client relationships, drive bookings, and create engaging campaigns to increase occupancy and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate is confident, outgoing, well-organized, and capable of handling both B2C and B2B client interactions—from individual guests and travel agents to corporates and event planners.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote the resort’s offerings including accommodations, event spaces, and seasonal packages.
Handle sales inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, wedding planners, and event organizers.
Conduct sales visits, presentations, and resort site inspections for potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies, brochures, and seasonal campaigns.
Participate in trade shows, travel fairs, and networking events to represent the resort.
Manage reservations in coordination with the front office and operations team to ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
Maintain sales records, generate regular reports, and meet monthly targets.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in hotel or resort sales (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of hospitality/resort operations and guest expectations.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and follow through from inquiry to post-stay feedback.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of reservation systems or CRMs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Sales, or Marketing.
Familiarity with corporate and group bookings.
Experience working with travel agents or DMCs (Destination Management Companies).
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
