Sales and Marketing Assistant

Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA fresher to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and contributing innovative marketing ideas to help grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through research, cold calling, emails, and other outreach methods.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative campaigns and strategies.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field (Fresher).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and sales techniques is a plus.
