Role Overview
User Acquisition, you will be responsible for meeting potential users (local hardware stores, steel/cement/paints dealers, contractors, builders, SMEs), showcasing the ATOFON platform, and helping them join and actively use the marketplace.
This is an on-ground, field-based role focusing on growth, activation, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities1. Seller Acquisition (Primary)
- Visit hardware shops, steel dealers, cement dealers, paint shops, tiles/sanitary stores, and industrial suppliers.
- Explain ATOFON’s value proposition and onboard them as sellers on the platform.
- Help sellers download ATOFON-Hub App and complete profile setup.
- Educate sellers on reverse bidding, quoting system, delivery flow, payment cycle, and commission.
2. Buyer Acquisition (Secondary)
- Meet contractors, builders, SMEs, and site engineers.
- Demonstrate how buyers can raise enquiries and get competitive quotes.
- Assist first-time users in placing enquiries.
3. Onboarding & Activation
- Ensure users complete KYC and business details.
- Support sellers in understanding how to quote accurately.
- Train sellers to respond quickly to enquiries.
4. Field Marketing
- Distribute brochures/leaflets in target clusters (hardware markets, industrial areas).
- Identify local hotspots for lead generation.
- Conduct small demos at sites or shops.
5. Relationship Management
- Maintain healthy relationships with newly onboarded sellers.
- Collect feedback and communicate frequently with internal teams.
- Address basic operational issues (login, quoting help, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,098.17 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 48 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
