Job Purpose / Summary

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Associate with a strong background in interior design or related industries (e.g., metal, wood, stone, glass, or other premium interior materials).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of architects and designers in the UAE, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and support digital marketing growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Development

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry contacts.
• Reach out to new architects and designers to introduce products and services.
• Manage projects by coordinating with clients, production teams, and site teams.
• Handle end-to-end internal coordination related to customer relationship management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Marketing & Brand Growth

• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities and events.
• Contribute to content creation (photography, videography, reel making, editing, and posting).
• Manage social media posting schedules across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Support digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn/Facebook ads).
• Create engaging newsletters and blog content to enhance SEO and client engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs.
• Provide creative ideas for marketing campaigns and activations.
• Assist with behind-the-scenes documentation and visual storytelling.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong network among architects and designers in the UAE.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Understanding of design, materials, and premium product positioning.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently.
• Creative flair; photography and videography skills are an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Design / Interior / Architecture industry in the UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
