Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing associate to help us expand our client base, strengthen relationships with venues and event planners, and elevate our brand presence throughout New Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on our growth while working in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday| 9 AM - 5 PM

Growth potential: Part time position with opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development

  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach to event venues, wedding planners, restaurants, hotels, and corporate event organizers
  • Respond to quote requests and prepare customized proposals for potential clients
  • Follow up with prospects to convert quotes into bookings (current conversion rate: 65- 75%)
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners including event planners, venues, and hospitality suppliers
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
  • Track all sales activities and pipeline progress in HubSpot CRM

Marketing and Brand Growth

  • Manage and create content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Develop case studies, testimonials, and promotional materials showcasing our services
  • Coordinate with venues and clients to gather reviews and strengthen our online reputation
  • Support digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising
  • Create venue owner guides, comparison content, and educations resources
  • Assist with SEO initiatives and website content optimization
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain communication with existing clients to encourage repeat bookings
  • Request and manage post-event reviews and feedback
  • Support client retention initiatives and referral program development
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing or customer-facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
  • Comfortable with social media platforms and basic digital marketing
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

  • Experience in hospitality, events, or service-based industries
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes
  • Knowledge of the New Jersey event and venue landscape
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta advertising, or LinkedIn outreach
  • Graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe, etc)

About Our Market

New Frontier Valet serves a diverse client base, including:

-Wedding venues and event planners (50-75 events annually)

-Corporate clients and venue partners (60-120 events annually)

-Restaurants, hotels, country clubs, and hospitals

-High-profile private events and galas

We maintain strong relationships with 12-15 active referral partners and are expanding into Bergen and Essex counties and other key markets throughout New Jersey
