Role Description

MedX RCM is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Associate. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rawalpindi. The Associate will actively contribute to sales initiatives, engage new clients, nurture relationships with existing customers, and support marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, conducting market research, assisting in creating marketing content, and delivering product training sessions to clients and team members. Collaboration with internal teams to identify opportunities, address client needs, and contribute to the company's growth will be a key focus.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage clients and resolve inquiries.
• Experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing to identify growth opportunities and execute marketing strategies.
• Ability to deliver Training as needed for clients and internal teams to ensure service understanding and knowledge-sharing.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the healthcare or medical billing industry would be highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
