Job Description:

As a Sales and Marketing Biomedical Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting our biomedical products and solutions to healthcare facilities, hospitals, and clinics across Saudi Arabia. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, managing the tendering process, submitting competitive bids, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also develop marketing strategies to expand our market presence and increase sales within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell biomedical devices and solutions to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers in Saudi Arabia.
  • Lead and manage the tendering process, including preparing and submitting technical and commercial bids in compliance with local regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and tender committees.
  • Monitor and analyze tender opportunities, ensuring timely response and compliance.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to tender requirements.
  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and market penetration.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients regarding product usage and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to communicate market and customer feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities within Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in biomedical sales, marketing, and particularly in managing tenders in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of the tendering and procurement processes in Saudi Arabia’s healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of local regulations, standards, and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
