Responsibilities

Proactively create and manage internal timelines for upcoming conferences, demo days, pitches and others, ensuring that all materials and logistics are ready ahead of deadlines.

Collaborate with sales and cross functional teams to prepare tailored presentations, pitches, and proposals.

Anticipate needs and coordinate resources (content, design, approvals, logistics) required for successful client events and performances.

Develop marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, one-pagers, decks) aligned with company branding and client needs.

Support the planning and execution of conferences, demo days, and client events, from preparation to on-site coordination.

Manage project priorities, balancing internal workflows with external client requirements.

Coordinate marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email outreach) to promote company offerings and industry events.

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing teams.

Conduct light desk research to stay updated on consumer trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies.

Track and report on marketing activities, campaign results, and event ROI.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

3 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or event/project management (experience in research, consulting, or insights industry is a plus).

Strong skills in preparing client-facing materials (PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar presentation tools).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to proactively plan timelines and ensure readiness for key events.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, or event management software is a plus.

Team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure to meet client timelines
