We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator who will support sales and marketing initiatives, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and promotions.

Position Details

• Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
• Location: Pollachi
• Job Type: Full-time
• Industry: Herbal / Ayurvedic / FMCG
• Experience: 1–3 years in Sales/Marketing support (Herbal/FMCG preferred)
• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients (distributors, retailers, institutions, direct buyers).
• Schedule and attend client meetings to present herbal products.
• Generate new leads through field visits, exhibitions, and promotions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and convert leads into sales.
• Collect client requirements, negotiate deals, and close sales orders.
• Maintain a client database and follow up for repeat business.
• Report daily/weekly on client visits, leads, and conversions.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication & convincing skills.
• Confidence in meeting and handling new clients.
• Target-driven and passionate about sales.
• Knowledge of herbal/ayurvedic/FMCG industry (preferred).
• Willingness to travel extensively for client acquisition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
