Sales and Marketing Excecutive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Female Sales & Marketing Executive to join our VKN Group of companies. The company provides cleaning services, security guards, and technical/maintenance works to corporate and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and develop client relationships
• Promote facility management services (cleaning, security, technical maintenance)
• Conduct client meetings and site visits
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Coordinate with operations team for service delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (Facility Management experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable and confident personality
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Languages known : English , Hindi (Preferred)
