Sales and Marketing Executive

We are a leading building contracting company seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing within the construction or contracting sector and a strong understanding of the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Promote the company’s services to consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
• Coordinate with the project and operations team to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing in a building contracting or construction-related field.
• Strong network within the UAE construction industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE Driving License is a strong advantage.
• Male candidates preferred due to project site coordination requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the UAE construction regulations and client landscape.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
