HYBRID Gym LA is a high-performance training facility specializing in personal training, semi-private programs, and community-driven fitness experiences. We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to help take our brand and client base to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition by generating and converting leads into memberships and personal training clients.
  • Oversee and coordinate all sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage partnerships with external digital marketing agencies for paid ads, SEO, and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute content and social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn to grow brand awareness and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
  • Conduct outreach, follow-up, and consultations to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Analyze performance data to forecast trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement innovative campaigns and community activations.
  • Support community events, brand partnerships, and corporate outreach to expand HYBRID’s local presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition, ideally within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, and lead funnels.
  • Experience managing or working with digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a results-driven environment.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others reach their goals.
  • Willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and special events.
  • Experience with Mindbody Business and Active Campaign a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: From $17.87 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
