Sales and Marketing executive

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales and Marketing executive , located in Ludhiana. Responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, providing customer service, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role will involve supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Generate and close leads through cold calling, presentations, and field visits in Ludhian
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and nurture client relationships to maximize repeat business
• Develop innovative sales strategies to increase conversion
• Regularly report performance metrics and market insights to management
• Maintain and update a robust client database and follow up effectively.

Job Requirements:-

• Minimum qualification: - Graduation
• 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales or marketing in Ludhiana
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
• Strong interpersonal abilities and client-focused mindset.
