The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for business development, customer management, and sales growth for cast iron and SG iron castings. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and repeat business.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Develop new customers for Cast Iron and SG Iron castings across automotive, industrial, pump, valve, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, costings, and technical-commercial proposals.
  • Follow up on enquiries, RFQs, and purchase orders.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

Customer Coordination

  • Act as the primary contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, quality concerns, and technical clarifications.
  • Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
  • Handle customer complaints and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Marketing & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demands.
  • Participate in customer audits, technical meetings, and exhibitions as required.

  • Daily Customer Visit / Interaction Report
  • Enquiry & Quotation Status Report
  • Monthly Sales Performance Report
  • OTD (On-Time Delivery) Coordination Report
  • Customer Feedback & Complaint Report
  • Market Development & New Lead Generation Report

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
  • 2–8 years of experience in sales & marketing of cast iron / SG iron castings (preferred).
  • Ability to understand drawings, specifications, grades, and foundry processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling OEMs and Tier-1 customers.
  • Knowledge of foundry quality systems, PPAP, and customer audits.
  • Strong customer relationship management and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
