Job Title: Sales and Marketing ExecutiveJob Summary

The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company’s products or services, increasing sales, building customer relationships, and supporting marketing campaigns to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers
• Present and sell products/services to new and existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads
• Build long-term relationships with customers

Marketing Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Promote products through digital platforms, events, or direct marketing
• Conduct basic market research and analyze customer needs
• Support social media and promotional activities
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve brand visibility

Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
• Confidence in presenting and negotiating
• Ability to work in a team and meet targets
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, social media)

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 2 + Yrs Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
