Mcut Factory is a growing men’s apparel manufacturing brand focused on quality shirts and customized t-shirts. We are expanding across India and looking for a driven sales professional who can build leads, generate orders, and handle end-to-end sales operations remotely.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly proactive Business Development & Inside Sales Executive who can generate leads, make cold calls, research market data, and convert conversations into confirmed orders.

This role is target-driven and requires strong communication skills, confidence, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation & Research

  • Extract business contacts using Google Maps and other online sources
  • Identify retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and potential B2B buyers across India
  • Build and maintain structured lead databases
  • Research product pricing, competitor structures, and market information

Cold Calling & Outreach

  • Make 60–80 outbound calls daily
  • Introduce Mcut Factory products confidently
  • Generate inquiries and convert them into orders
  • Follow up consistently with warm leads

Sales Conversion & Follow-Up

  • Handle WhatsApp and phone communication professionally
  • Maintain follow-up records and sales pipeline
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order processing

Reporting & Accountability

  • Submit daily call reports
  • Track leads, inquiries, and conversions
  • Work with weekly performance targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling / inside sales / tele-sales
  • Strong Tamil and English communication skills (Manageable english atleast)
  • Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently (remote setup sometimes)
  • Understanding of garment/apparel market is a plus
