Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start their career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, and field visits.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional events, and social media activities.
• Prepare and share regular sales reports with the management team.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery of products/services.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate ( MBA).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
