Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive (Female) for our real estate marketing agency. This role is ideal for candidates with strong sales skills, confidence in dealing with clients, and the ability to generate and manage leads effectively. The candidate will play a key role in driving sales, handling client inquiries, and maintaining accurate lead records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales leads through calls, social media, property portals, and networking
• Promote real estate projects to potential buyers and investors
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings
• Conduct client consultations and provide complete project details
• Follow up with leads to convert them into sales
• Maintain and update lead records using CRM or spreadsheets
• Track daily sales activities and prepare performance reports
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or real estate marketing (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may apply)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools

Preferred Candidate:

• Female candidate preferred
• Experience in real estate or property sales is a plus
• Familiarity with Rawalpindi/Islamabad real estate market
