Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive – Industrial Solutions

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand business opportunities for industrial hygienic flooring solutions across multiple industries including Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Automotive, and Textile sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales exposure, excellent client handling skills, and the ability to manage project-based sales activities from lead generation till closure.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned industrial sectors.
* Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
* Present and promote hygienic flooring solutions along with their technical advantages.
* Coordinate with internal technical and execution teams for proposals and project execution.
* Manage complete sales cycle including lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and contract finalization.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards business growth.
* Maintain market awareness regarding competitors, ongoing projects, and industry trends.
* Prepare and share regular sales activity and pipeline reports with management.

Requirements

* 2–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Business Development.
* Experience in Construction Chemicals, Paint Industry, or related sectors will be preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in project sales and industrial client handling.
* Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
* Self-motivated with strong relationship management abilities.
