We’re Hiring – Sales & Marketing Executive (Islamabad)

Interconnect Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and execution of effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and B2B outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and stakeholders
• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers
• Manage and update CRM systems and customer databases
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
• Manage B2B marketing activities and corporate client engagement
• Support exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, and corporate events
• Create marketing content including blogs, flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Design social media creatives and marketing visuals using Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Manage social media platforms and enhance online brand presence through campaigns
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research
• Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, and analytics
• Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external vendors
• Visit distributors/resellers for market feedback and business development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience or knowledge in B2B marketing and corporate sales operations
• Hands-on experience in social media marketing campaigns and lead generation
• Basic to strong skills in website management and digital marketing tools
• Proficiency in graphic designing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and online branding
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team
• Fresh graduates or 1–3 years of experience are preferred
