Interconnect Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth through lead generation, customer relationship management, and execution of marketing strategies. The role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Maintain and update customer database/CRM
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
- Support exhibitions, seminars, and corporate events
- Create marketing content (blogs, flyers, newsletters, promotional materials)
- Manage social media platforms and online presence
- Proofread marketing and promotional materials
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Monitor campaign performance and website analytics
- Support SEO and digital marketing activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
- Visit distributors/resellers for market feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Fresh graduates or 1–3 years of experience preferred
