Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and target new customers for logistics services (Air & Sea freight).
- Generate leads via cold calling, references, and networking.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and offer appropriate logistics solutions.
- Sales Planning & Target Achievement
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Marketing Initiatives
- Support in promotional activities, branding, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate for digital marketing, content creation, and event participation.
- Pricing & Negotiation
- Prepare competitive quotations for air and ocean freight.
- Negotiate rates with clients and close deals profitably.
- Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain MIS reports and provide market feedback.
- Analyze trends and suggest improvements in the sales process.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the logistics/freight forwarding industry
- Good understanding of international logistics processes (air/ocean)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
