Sales and Marketing Executives

Requirements:

Duties and responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans, setting objectives and managing budgets.
• Market & Customer Insight: Research market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Lead Generation & Sales: Generate leads (cold calling, networking), qualify prospects, deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events) and create promotional content.
• Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, handling complaints and seeking feedback.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and report on sales and marketing effectiveness to management.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams (product, design, etc.) to align goals, launch new offerings, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Events & Networking: Organize and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and network.

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
