Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Head leads the overall sales strategy, brand positioning, and marketing initiatives for real estate and/or hospitality projects. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong market presence, developing high-impact marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, and PR), and managing end-to-end sales operations. This position works closely with senior management, property development teams, and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and successful market penetration.

Location - Sector 32, Noida

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for real estate projects, hotels, resorts, or mixed-use developments.
  • Set annual sales targets, marketing budgets, and performance KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead the brand positioning and long-term marketing roadmap for the organization.

2. Sales Management

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams.
  • Develop pricing strategies, payment plans, and promotional offers.
  • Foster strong client relationships with corporate clients, brokers, channel partners, and travel/tour operators (for hospitality).
  • Monitor sales performance and present regular forecasts and reports to leadership.
  • Manage mass media campaigns including TV, radio, print, outdoor, and brand partnerships.
  • Oversee media planning, media buying, and creative development.
  • Plan and execute on-ground activations, events, roadshows, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
  • Lead digital strategy across website, social media, SEO/SEM, paid ads, and marketing automation.
  • Drive performance marketing to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making through analytics and campaign performance measurement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, influencers, and PR agencies.
  • Handle press releases, media events, crisis communication, and brand reputation management.
  • Oversee marketing and sales for property launches, hospitality openings, leasing, and sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with architects, design teams, operations, and project management for accurate communication of project features.
  • Manage tie-ups with brokers, channel partners, travel agencies, and corporate partners
  • Drive customer experience enhancements—show apartments, site visits, virtual tours, guest experience, loyalty programs, etc.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure ROI on campaigns.
  • Track KPIs such as CPL, CPC, ROI, occupancy rates (hospitality), and absorption rates (real estate).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 8–15+ years of experience, with a strong background in real estate and/or hospitality.
  • Proven experience leading sales and marketing teams and managing multi-channel campaigns (ATL, BTL, PR, and Digital).
  • Strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
