Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development & Planning: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies encompassing online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart), direct-to-consumer online channels, social media platforms, institutional sales, corporate accounts, OEM partnerships, and contract manufacturing.
  • Online Marketplace Management: Oversee all aspects of our presence on online marketplaces, including product listings, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, seller performance, and customer engagement.
  • Online Sales & Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and website optimization to drive online sales and lead generation.
  • Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage engaging social media strategies to build brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive traffic and conversions.
  • Institutional & Corporate Sales: Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with institutional clients and corporate partners to secure sales and build long-term collaborations.
  • OEM & Contract Manufacturing: Explore and develop opportunities for OEM partnerships and contract manufacturing agreements, managing the sales process from initial contact to final agreement.
  • Sales Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate sales activities across all channels, track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate insightful reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage leads, track customer interactions, and generate sales forecasts. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations, finance) to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
