Nature of Internship

• This is an unpaid internship.
• The purpose of this internship is to provide hands-on exposure to sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, content creation, CRM management, and digital campaign support.

Responsibilities of the Intern

The Intern agrees to:

• Conduct research and compile potential client lists.
• Update and maintain CRM records (HubSpot).
• Assist in social media planning and posting.
• Perform competitor and industry research.
• Support customer engagement through chat and email (Zendesk).
• Research exhibitions and networking events in GCC.
• Draft posts, presentations, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.

5. Company Support

The Company agrees to provide:

• Mentorship and guidance during the internship.
• Exposure to real business development and marketing activities.
• A Certificate of Internship upon successful completion.
• Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) if required by the Intern’s school.
