Sales and marketing intern

Position Overview

The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day sales operations and assist in the execution of marketing campaigns to promote our products. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, growing agribusiness environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer trends
• Support the sales team with lead generation, CRM updates, and client communications
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms and email newsletters
• Help organize and attend promotional events, trade shows, and product tastings
• Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, production) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and market positioning

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Agribusiness, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Canva, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus
• Familiarity with social media marketing and basic digital analytics
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Interest in the food, agriculture, or fresh produce industry is a plus
