Key Responsibilities:

Explain products/services clearly to prospective customers

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions

Work towards converting leads into confirmed sales

Make outbound calls and send follow-up messages (WhatsApp)

Schedule appointments or product demonstrations

Maintain regular follow-up with interested prospects

Build rapport and maintain positive communication with leads

Address basic customer queries and concerns

Coordinate with the senior sales team for closing high-value deals

Update CRM or lead management system regularly

Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions

Submit daily/weekly performance reports

Meet assigned conversion targets

Improve conversion rates through effective communication

Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to think strategically and meet revenue goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
