Job Title: IT / Tech Sales Intern
Location: Dubai, UAE
Stipend: AED 750 – AED 1,000 / month
Duration: Minimum 3 Months (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Position Overview:
This is not a "coffee-fetching" internship. As an IT/Tech Sales Intern, you will be deeply involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud solutions, system integrations, and business automation. This role is a hybrid of Tech Consulting and Business Development.

You will work closely with senior consultants to understand corporate client pain points, map business processes, and pitch modern digital ecosystems (including HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, SAP, Tally, and specialized compliance tools). If you want to learn how multi-million dirham software deals are cracked and implemented in the UAE, this is where you start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential corporate clients in the UAE market who need digital transformation, cloud infrastructure, or compliance software.
  • Tech Consulting & Requirement Gathering: Join senior consultants in client meetings to understand their workflows, map their business processes, and identify how ERP/CRM solutions can help them.
  • Product Demonstrations: Learn to configure basic layouts of CRM/ERP modules and assist in presenting tailored software solutions/demos to prospective clients.
  • Proposal & Pitch Preparation: Collaborate with the team to draft highly professional technical proposals, presentations, and commercial pitches.
  • Client Onboarding & Alignment: Help bridge the gap between the client’s business team and technical teams, ensuring smooth transition, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Market Intelligence: Keep track of the latest trends in the GCC software market, including regulatory compliance updates that drive tech adoption.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Marketing & Business Administration, or a related tech-commercial field.
  • The "Tech-Sales" Mindset: A strong passion for both business development and enterprise software (ERP/CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, SAP, or Tally).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional command of professional English (both written and verbal). You must be confident, articulate, and comfortable interacting with corporate professionals.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to understand workflow logic (how data flows from sales to finance/compliance) and comfortable using tools like MS Excel.
  • Availability: Ready to join immediately for a full-time office/hybrid internship in Dubai.
