Position Summary
Age to Perfection Medical Spa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager with a proven background in the medical spa or aesthetics industry. This individual will lead all aspects of marketing, client acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical—able to design effective marketing strategies while actively driving sales performance through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and staff collaboration.
This is a remote position, with weekly virtual meetings and occasional on-site presence for events, brand activations, or content creation.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote treatments, memberships, and special offers.
- Oversee digital marketing channels — Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, and email automation.
- Manage the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms, materials, and communications.
- Plan and execute seasonal promotions, community events, and collaborations to build local awareness.
- Coordinate the production of marketing assets (graphics, photography, video content) for campaigns and events.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly marketing reports highlighting ROI and growth opportunities.
- Research competitor marketing efforts and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Sales & Business Development
- Collaborate with front desk and provider teams to drive membership and treatment package sales.
- Develop scripts, talking points, and promotional offers to enhance conversion rates from leads to bookings.
- Track and analyze sales performance, revenue growth, and client retention.
- Create sales training materials to support team alignment with marketing initiatives.
- Build and manage partnerships and referral programs with local businesses, gyms, influencers, and wellness professionals.
- Support the CEO in developing strategic business growth plans, including new service launches and expansion ideas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing and sales management within the medical spa, aesthetics, or beauty industry (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated success in increasing revenue, brand awareness, and lead conversion rates.
- Deep understanding of spa and aesthetic treatments, patient experience, and market trends.
- Proficiency with Zenoti CRM, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities remotely.

How This Position Works
