Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
- Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Create and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate branding, promotional events, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor campaign performance, track analytics, and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and nurture new leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Graphic design or content creation skills are an asset.
