Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business development and customer relationship initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in industrial product sales, team management, and strategic market development — with a strong background in manufacturing, valves, strainers, fasteners, or oil & gas sectors. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and developing business strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement short- and long-term business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Create annual sales strategies and budgets to ensure consistent business growth.
- Identify new market segments and revenue opportunities.
Sales & Marketing / Business Development
- Lead tender and contract bidding strategies to secure new business opportunities.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure professional follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for new and existing clients.
- Manage contract bookings and oversee sales processes end-to-end.
- Coordinate and execute sales events, exhibitions, and product promotions.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.
- Ensure brand consistency and promote awareness of the company’s products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Drive payment collections and ensure timely follow-ups.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to delivery and service quality norms.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve performance targets.
- Guide sales techniques, product knowledge, and business communication.
- Support in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
Other Deliverables
- Represent the company in industry seminars and events to strengthen brand positioning.
- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers across target industries.
- Support the preparation of tender documentation and other business compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales / Marketing within the manufacturing or industrial products sector.
- Proven experience handling teams and managing large client accounts.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment and components such as valves, strainers, fasteners, or related products.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Sound knowledge of tendering processes, B2B sales, and market strategy formulation.
