Sales and Marketing Manager

Lead Generation - Identify and approach new customers through cold calls, visits, referrals, and online research.

Sales Presentations - Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects in a clear and convincing way.

Target Achievement - Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Customer Relationship Management - Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business.

Negotiation & Closing Deals - Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to successfully close sales. Attend trade shows, campaigns, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility

Requirement :-

Eagerness to learn technical and commercial knowledge and applying that knowledge to the customer

Preferred from Chemical industry

Ready to travel 8 days outside Chennai in a month mandatorily

Everyday morning 10 am, need to attend concal

Ability to assess collection risk for the new customer

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
