About the Role


AUSTRIACARD Türkiye is the Istanbul-based subsidiary of AUSTRIACARD AG, a Vienna-headquartered company with over 125 years of history. Operating in the field of secure digital solutions and high-security smart card technologies, we are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities


• Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and sustainable business growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by offering tailored, end-to-end solutions.

• Collaborate with international technical teams to effectively present and implement customer-specific solutions.

• Analyze customer requirements and coordinate with implementation and development teams to deliver optimal outcomes.

• Act as a solution-oriented business partner by developing alternative approaches that support customers’ purchasing decisions.

• Achieve annual sales targets by managing product and service sales to financial and non-financial institutions.

• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.

• Ensure order and delivery processes are completed in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Perform market research and competitor analysis to define target customer groups and market segments.

• Stay up to date with evolving marketing strategies and contribute actively to marketing communication activities.


Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales and marketing.

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Solid understanding of sales processes, marketing principles, and commercial targets.
