Requirement:
- Proven experience in sales & Marketing; experience as a sales & marketing coordinator.
- Good computer skills (MS Office/Excel/Power Point)
- Proficiency in English (Verbal & Written).
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Developing marketing strategies to maximise sales volumes.
- Develop and maintain new and existing clients and search for new opportunities for Control
- Panels, Wiring Harnesses, Electronic Products (Sensors & Controllers) &Cable & wires.
- Evaluating marketing budgets and ensuring adherence to planned expenses
- Devising promotional programs for maximum market coverage and reach
- Implement and achieve targets as per the planning and discussion with management.
- Make strategies to maximize sales order and built and maintain client relationship.
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from existing accounts & achieving targets
- Handling frontend and backend activities like market research & analysis, generate product enquiries & enquiry/ order tracking, Review & Quotation submissions, order booking in SAP, customer & internal order follow up, etc.
- Deliver product on time, taken care of after sale service, quality and timeliness in delivering the product which retains long term relationship with the clients.
- Preparation of monthly sale report, sales planning and report sent to the Director of the company.
- Payments follow up with the clients at the time of order as advance and supply of materials.
- Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, by providing pre/post technical assistance thereby achieving delivery and quality norms.
- Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets
- Responsible for primary & secondary targets to be achieved by each Team members.
- Responsible for appointing distributor & dealer.
- Handling distributors and channel network of electrical shop in Mumbai.
- Monitoring competitor’s activities in the market.
- Responsible for making Schemes for distributors as well as retailers & electricians
- Handling and motivating DSM (Distributors' Sales Man) &Team members.
- Preparing MIS sales report to reporting authority
- Review performance & profitability of core brands of company.
- Monitoring target Vs. Actual sales.
- Relationship with Business Associates.
- Handling promotional activities.
Selection Process :
First Round –: Technical / Personal Interview
