Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns while simultaneously leading a sales team to convert leads into loyal customers. The ideal candidate is a "player-coach" who can develop high-level strategies but isn't afraid to get into the weeds of a sales negotiation or a digital ad campaign.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Growth & Planning

  • Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans that align with company revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer segments, and competitor threats.
  • Manage the departmental budget, ensuring high Return on Investment (ROI) across all channels.

2. Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital (SEO, PPC, Social Media), email marketing, and traditional print.
  • Direct the creation of promotional materials, website content, and sales collateral to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot.

3. Sales Leadership & Execution

  • Set clear, achievable sales targets and KPIs for the sales team.
  • Lead, mentor, and train sales representatives on modern closing techniques and CRM management.
  • Personally manage relationships with key accounts and high-value stakeholders.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary link between the creative team and the sales force to ensure leads are high-quality and sales-ready.
  • Work with Product Development to provide feedback on customer needs and market demand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,058.41 - ₹51,952.91 per month
