Sales & Lead Generation
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and marketing activities
- Convert inquiries into admissions/sales through counselling and follow-ups
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Outdoor Marketing & Visits
- Visit preschools, residential towers, and societies for promotions
- Conduct on-ground marketing activities such as pamphlet distribution and kiosks
- Build tie-ups with preschools, playgroups, and society management
Marketing Support
- Support online and offline marketing campaigns
- Participate in admission drives, open houses, exhibitions, and events
- Share market feedback and competitor insights
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily lead and field visit reports
- Coordinate with admissions, academic, and admin teams
- Ensure professional communication and brand representation
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM)
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
