Sales and Marketing Manager

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Sales and Marketing Manager with strong experience in sales and marketing and expanding the business, managing events and roadshows in the Surat, Gujarat and India. The ideal candidate should have exposure to the event market, sales and marketing experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, staff, media partners including but not limited to Radio, TV shows etc and external vendors to deliver successful events.
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Not Applicable on Events)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan sales and marketing plans, expansion growths, execute events, roadshows and promotional activities
• Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets, and execution plans
• Coordinate with radio partners, in-house teams and outsourced vendors
• Support marketing and promotional campaigns with HO in Dubai
• Handle event schedule, logistics, vendor coordination and negotiations
• Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are met during all events
• Oversee on-ground execution and post-event reporting
• Coordinate with internal marketing team for event materials
• Have connections and exposure to the event market and audience
• Able to recruit the right Sales Team in Surat Office

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales and marketing management experience in Gujarat
• Experience handling events
• Marketing experience required
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Energetic, proactive, and able to multitask

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
