Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform promotional campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing materials.
• Oversee print advertising efforts to enhance brand presence in local markets.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Creative mindset with strong copywriting abilities.
