Position: Medical Marketing Specialist (Arabic-Speaking Female)

Requirements:

• Female candidate (Arabic-speaking)

• Experience in dermatology, facial aesthetics, and dental marketing is mandatory

Job Description:

• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote dermatology, facial aesthetic, and dental services.
• Plan and execute campaigns to attract and retain patients for services such as skin treatments, cosmetic procedures, and dental care.
• Manage and grow digital presence including social media platforms, SEO, and online campaigns with a strong focus on aesthetic and dental content.
• Create engaging Arabic content for treatments such as facials, injectables, laser procedures, smile makeovers, and dental services.
• Coordinate with dermatologists, dentists, and medical staff to ensure accurate and appealing service promotion.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising regulations in the UAE.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in derma, aesthetics, or dental marketing is required.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic and dental patient behavior and trends.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic (written and spoken).
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and branding.
• Ability to explain and promote cosmetic and medical procedures clearly to patients.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
