Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing and Sales Officer to drive business growth by securing new clients and projects in the fields of building maintenance, renovation, office fit-out, and construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, meeting potential clients, and building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. The candidate will support the promotion of our services through various marketing channels to increase market visibility and attract potential clients. From promoting our services and following up on inquiries to preparing proposals and closing deals, the successful candidate will play an important role in expanding our client base and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have proven experience in property management, real estate, facility management, building contruction or maintenance industries.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Prepare basic sales and marketing reports.
• Promote the company's products and services. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities when required.

Requirements:

• +5 years of proven experience in property management, real estate, facility management, building contruction or maintenance industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target oriented.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
