About the Role

Just Search Web Design LLC is seeking Field Sales Associates/ Outdoor Sales Executives to promote our digital marketing services to businesses across Dubai. This role is ideal for energetic, target-driven candidates who enjoy meeting clients and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit businesses and generate new leads
• Sell digital marketing services (Website Design, SEO, Online Marketing)
• Explain services and close sales
• Maintain client relationships
• Achieve assigned sales targets

Candidate Requirements

• Sales experience preferred (Digital Marketing sales is an advantage)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently in the field

Salary & Commission Structure

• Option 1: Fixed Salary AED 3,000 – 3,500 + Commission
• Option 2: Only Commission Basis (High Earnings Potential)
• Incentives: Performance-based bonuses
• Visa: Company visa provided (Own visa holders can also apply)
