We’re Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive – Construction & Interior Materials (Dubai, UAE)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell a wide range of construction and interior materials across the UAE. You’ll work closely with contractors, developers, interior designers, and end customers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, interior designers, and consultants
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, and cold outreach
• Present and demonstrate products including flooring, tiles, lighting, paints, wood finishes, and more
• Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales while maintaining profitability
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Conduct site visits to understand project needs and offer technical guidance
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate sales records using CRM systems
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events

Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience in construction materials / building materials / interior fit-outs (UAE preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction and interior materials
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong networking skills within the construction/design ecosystem
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
