We are looking for a dynamic individual who can handle both scientific responsibilities and tender-related business activities.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Life Science professional who can support laboratory-related tasks while managing tender documentation, submissions, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have strong scientific knowledge along with experience in tender business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Life Science Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory experiments and maintain accurate records
• Support R&D or product evaluation activities
• Perform data analysis and prepare scientific reports
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines
• Coordinate with technical teams and clients for product-related queries

Tender Business Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant government and private tenders related to life science products/services
• Prepare and compile tender documents, technical bids, and pricing sheets
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather required certificates and paperwork
• Submit tenders on time and monitor tender portals daily
• Manage post-tender activities such as clarification responses, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Maintain relationships with procurement departments and distributors

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biology, etc.)
• Good understanding of laboratory techniques and scientific concepts
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience in tender preparation, e-procurement portals, or sales support preferred
• Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of government tender portals (GeM / e-Tendering)
• Experience with technical bid preparation
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments or scientific product catalogs
