Sales Specialist - Night Shift

We’re Hiring: Sales Development Specialist (SDS) – Night Shift

Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities:

• Outbound cold calling to the U.S. market
• Build and maintain strong prospect relationships
• Qualify leads and pass high-potential prospects to account managers
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update call notes
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while representing the company professionally
• Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
• Continuously improve communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Age: 18 to 40 years
• Education: Minimum A-Levels to Bachelor’s degree
• English Communication: Excellent (C1/C2 preferred)
• Experience: Prior experience with U.S. clients preferred
• Lahore resident only and willing to commute
• Comfortable working night shifts

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic salary up to PKR 65,000
• Commission up to 10%
