Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bahawalpur. The selected candidate will focus on crafting and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, conducting client outreach, managing customer accounts, and ensuring seamless communication between the company and its clients. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, executing marketing campaigns, providing training to team members, and addressing customer inquiries to enhance client satisfaction and business development.

Payment Structure

This is a target-based role. If the monthly sales target is achieved, the salary will be paid. If the target is not achieved, no salary will be paid for that month. Targets will be shared at the start of each month.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information to clients and team members
• Experience in Customer Service to address client needs and foster positive relationships
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet business targets
• Skills in Training and guiding team members to improve performance and achieve goals
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work collaboratively within an on-site team
• Prior experience in sales or marketing roles will be considered an advantage
