Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales & Marketing Expert to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, increasing brand awareness, and acquiring clients for our accounting and consulting services. This role requires a proactive professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and client acquisition.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Meet with prospective clients and present the firm's services and value proposition.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the firm's services.
• Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Create marketing content, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Organize networking events, business meetings, and promotional activities.
• Strengthen the firm's online presence and brand visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Experience in accounting, financial services, consulting, or B2B services is highly preferred.
• Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• UAE market experience and existing business network will be an advantage.
