Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Associate to handle client relations, convert inquiries into bookings, and coordinate smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across both sales and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales trackers accurately.
  • Share timely updates with clients and internal teams regarding shoot schedules and deliverables.
  • Address client queries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Collaborate with marketing for offers, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Provide client insights and feedback to refine services and packages.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth project execution and after-sales support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, client relations, or operations (event/photography industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; CRM knowledge is a plus.
  • Positive attitude with problem-solving approach.
  • Location: Jubilee hills, Hyderabad

Salary: based on experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
