Position Overview

An infrastructure technology services company is seeking an entry-level Sales & Operations Associate to support both business development and project operations. This role involves a combination of client-facing responsibilities, administrative support, and field-based project work.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience across sales support, client presentations, and operational activities while working closely with experienced managers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Support

  • Maintain and update CRM systems, client records, and internal tracking tools
  • Assist with preparation of proposals, quotes, invoices, and related documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications with clients and internal teams
  • Deliver presentations using prepared materials to public-sector clients
  • Provide general administrative and follow-up support for business development efforts

2. Operations & Project Support

  • Conduct field data collection using company-provided tools and equipment
  • Review and verify data and images for quality assurance purposes
  • Organize and maintain project-related datasets and documentation
  • Support coordination and execution of ongoing projects
  • Travel locally as needed for fieldwork and project support

3. General Duties

  • Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned
  • Maintain organized records and ensure clear internal communication
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment
  • Follow established procedures and guidance from management

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to both Sales and Operations leadership
  • Receives day-to-day operational guidance from on-site management
  • Works with remote leadership on sales-related activities

Qualifications

Required

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfort presenting to clients using prepared materials
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to travel for field assignments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales support, administration, operations, or related fields
  • It is a plus if you can speak Japanese at a conversational level (or higher).

Summary

Pay: $52,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
