Sales and Operations Assistant

​Join Legacy Wireless Solutions as a Sales and Operations Assistant, where you’ll be the vital link between our sales pipeline and daily operational execution! In this pivotal role, you won't just manage tasks—you will optimize them. You will provide essential support to ensure the seamless flow of sales processes, and daily business activities. Your organizational prowess, sharp eye for detail, and communication skills will shine as you interact directly with our Sub-Dealers, Carriers, and Vendors. ​What You’ll Do

Sales & Client Support

​Contact Sub-Dealers and Carriers, promptly addressing inquiries to ensure exceptional service, meeting metric goals and client retention.

​Support the sales pipeline by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating critical touchpoints for the sales team.

​Operational Efficiency

​Coordinate externally by contacting and managing relationships with Vendors and Carriers in a timely, efficient manner.

​Maintain data accuracy by utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for generating reports, processing orders, and proofreading client-facing correspondence.

​Collaborate on cross-functional projects, leveraging your organizational skills to keep timelines on track and operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

​Basic Qualifications

​Tech-Savvy: Strong computer literacy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel/Word) and Google Workspace.

​Multi-Tasking Master: Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of sales and ops tasks simultaneously.

​Communication Pro: Excellent typing and proofreading skills, with top-tier written and verbal communication.

​Preferred Qualifications

​Industry Experience: Prior experience working directly within a sales, customer service, or operations department.

​Bilingual Advantage: Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to enhance communication with our diverse client base.

​Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software.
